A temporary installation of the Teamviewer remote connection program will be performed on your computer. After completing the online help, the program will automatically disappear from your computer again.
When you click the button, then select Run or Open when the File download dialog box appears on the screen. Do the same if you also see a security alert dialog box.
Then simply provide Acies support with the ID provided by the Teamviewer application.
You must have contacted Acies before support and connection is possible.
